Technical highlights

HIT-Tech double ankles

Robust double universal joint transmission has freedom of movement in every position. Dust-tight needle bearings. Even when raised rotors are free to rotate. Totally safe against errors in operation.

Heavy-duty transmission - large diameter shafts, heavy-duty gears and long-life constant velocity joints.

EUROHIT 910 tedders

Powerful coupling - Efficient power transmission to the outer rotors. Large diameter coupling segments and strong fingers for optimum power transmission. Can be pivoted through 180°.

HD (heavy duty) tines

The newly-developed generation of Pöttinger tines guarantees an even longer service life. The cost-benefit ratio is ideal for the customer. The tines do not need to be replaced so frequently.

The new, specially-shaped support allows the tine to move more freely for a longer service life.

An integrated tine security system stops metal entering the forage and protects machinery during subsequent passes.

Double stability
Each rotor is equipped with an additional support disc. This ensures stable tine carrier arm mountings. Tine carrier arms made of flat bar. Each bolt remains tight, no loosening.

Rugged tubular framework
is securely pressed and locked fast to the cast housings - no welded seams to cause distortion.

Pivoting headstock for unrestricted cornering. The tedder faithfully follows in the tractor's tracks.

	The tedder moves automatically into the centre position when raised. The tedder is guaranteed not to under-run going downhill, and the best quality of tedding provided.
Double-acting shock absorbers - effective absorption in both directions, adjustable, standard on EUROHIT 690 N, 690 NZ, 800 NZ and 910 NZ. Optional equipment on EUROHIT 470 N, 540 N and 580 NZ (varies from country to country). The struts stabilise the machine when it is lifted and during transport on the road.

EUROHIT 95 A
tedder rotor with multi jockey wheel

Multi jockey wheel now also in the tedder range. In the case of the new trailed 8-rotor tedder, the EUROHIT 95 A, the two halves of the machine are attached independently of one another. A multi jockey wheel is mounted on each side of the frame to guide the tines so they move cleanly over the ground. The working width is 30’6” / 9.3 m.

EUROHIT 105 A

The MultiTast wheel is now available for the tedder range too. Patented technology revolutionises ground hugging capabilities of highperformance tedders. The working width of the tedder is 10,2 metres and each of the 8 rotors is fitted with 6 tine pairs. All functions can be activated from the sequence control terminal in the tractor.

EUROHIT 105 A

The rotors are pivoted hydraulically to the rear for transport. Folded back in the transport position the tedder is just 2,90 metres wide and 8,20 metres long. At the same time four wheels are automatically locked in the direction of transport so the machine can be towed. This means that a separate transport chassis is not required.

Convenient operation:
Pöttinger Select-Control as option on HIT 910 AZ. Most functions can be operated automatically at the touch of a button from the driver's seat. Rotor lifting mechanism, fenceline tedding mechanism, chassis control

Wide at work, low and narrow for transport and parking

During transport the rotors are raised and turned inwards, achieving an low clearance of 3.26 m.
Automatic transport interlocks and release latch.
The pivot arc for uneven ground is automatically interlocked when the implement is raised. No additional hydraulic cylinder required.
Pivot cylinder equipped with check valves - no lanyards required.
HIT 910 NZ pivoting headstock returns to the centre position when raised.
Adjustable stabilizer struts on both sides.

HIT Tedders
