Cutting ring roller The advantages of the cutting ring roller (24” / 600 mm diameter) include enhanced crumbling and compression by means of wedge-shaped rings. The blades between the rings crush the lumps of earth and also clean the spaces between them. Compression in strips has the advantage that water can be absorbed better. The correct choice for dry, difficult soils.
Cage roller The ideal roller for dealing with dry, non-sticky soils. The roller is fitted with twelve strong rods for optimal compression. Diameter 21” / 540 mm. Double cage roller The double cage roller is fitted with different diameters(16.5” / 420 mm front and 15” / 380 mm rear). The pendular function ensures optimal crumbling and adjustment to the contours of the ground..
Pack ring roller The shoulder rings have a diameter of 22” / 550 mm, and there are eight rings per metre of working width. The roller leaves behind consolidation in strips, promoting water absorption and soil respiration. This is the ideal roller for stony, damp soil conditions and large quantities of organic material.
Rotopack and Pendular Rotopack Two aggressive tine rotors that reach into each other, crumble and mix particularly well. Each rotor consists of a central tube. The front rotor has a diameter of 11” / 270 mm, the rear rotor 8.5” / 215 mm (tine external diameter is 24” / 600 mm and 21.5” / 545 mm). The pendular suspension ensures the best adaptation to any unevenness of the terrain. Rotopack rotors mix particularly intensively – for light to heavy, non-sticky soils. Harvest residues remain on the surface of the soil and protect the soil against drying.
DISCS
Harrow discs smooth over and provide a consistent finish. The discs are bolted behind the tines onto an extra beam and can be adjusted in pairs. The ensure that there is no clogging. The discs tear apart any uneven patches and automatically redistribute the soil due to their offset configuration.
Side discs can be folded upwards (optional extra), to prevent ridges.
Tines and trip leg system
Tine shape
1. goose-foot blade with quick-change system 2. narrow blade with quick-change system 3. twin heartblade with combined mulch-wing blade 4. chisel blade with combined mulch-wing blade
Spread-wing share – works in evenly and thoroughly churns up mulch, manure and clay.
Good crumbling, loosens over the whole area, always cuts right through.
Wide bar point shares improve the mixing through of the soil.
Reversible and can be reset so that it obtains 3 times the normal service life.
Spread-wing shares and chisel bar points have a thickness of 10 mm – longer service life, better economy.
End share faces inwards to guide the flow of soil inwards. Prevents ridges from forming.
Tough tines with angle adjustment:
A choice of 3 positions can be used to optimise penetration and the effect of the cultivator to the soil conditions – no problem on extremely dry, hard soil.
Tines with trip legs have 2 positions.
Trip leg system – obstacles no problem
Reliable triggering on contact with obstacle
The high path of deflection guarantees smooth operation.
The triggerin pressure is adjusted to a specific triggering torque.
The trip leg system can be retro-fitted at any time.
Frame and configuration is the same as on standard cultivators
"Non-Stop cultivation" even on ground with a rocky subsoil.
SHARES
Flat shares for especially smooth ground. Double diamond share with very flat wings for wide coverage, especially for working depths between 5 and 6 cm.
Share carrier, spreadwing share and bar point share are bolted to the tine leg so that they can be replaced independently quickly and easily.
Trailed cultivator with hydraulic transport chassis
The classic piece of equipment for conservation in soil preparation is the SYNKRO cultivator. The mixing in of residue from the harvest near the surface increases the fertility of the soil and protects from erosion.
The transport chassis ensures that the rear axle of the tractor is not overloaded. These trailed machines have a wide working width but can be folded up for transport on roads so that the transport width does not exceed 9.84 ft / 3 metres. The transport wheels are raised whilst working in the field, resulting in additional loading of the implement. Good penetration is therefore guaranteed on heavy and dry soils. The drawbar is coupled to the lower links. Mounting to Cat. 2 and Cat 3 is possible using the double flanged hitch. Ball-head or rotating towing eye are also optionally available for the adjustable drawbar as is a braking system. SYNKRO 6000 T
