How the single-disc coulter works

Coulter pressure of up to 25 kg possible. Coulter pressure is easily adjustable from the left-hand side of the machine. a) Mechanically on the left-hand side of the machine. Infinitely variable up to 25 kg. Ratchet wrench for adjustment. Combination of synthetic and stainless steel tube feeds seed to coulter without static charging. Distribution accuracy from top to bottom - from metering - is maintained on the way to the coulter thanks to the combination of materials so that seed is distributed precisely in the longitudinal direction. Uniform flow is ensured. The two different materials provide a smooth telescoping effect in the seed supply line Internal wear is prevented as a result.	Maintenance-free disc bearing with adjustable, rotating scraper 11 and 12.5 cm row spacing for best possible plant distribution and 30 cm coulter spacing for unrestricted flow of large quantities of straw even at higher travelling speeds	Aggressive angle ensures reliable penetration and opening the seed groove

Light packing effect at seed depth	The clearing wedge behind the disc forms a uniform and clean groove after it has been cut open by the disc The basis for perfect conditions at seed level with light packing effect thanks to pressure applied by wedge	The clearing wedge brings harvest trash away from seed level promoting uniform germination of the seed material. Seed never lies on residual straw so young plant cannot dry out.

The seed grains are fed to the coulter through a tube made of synthetic material and stainless steel. The seed grains are placed individually in the tidily-formed seed groove.
