Autumn doors open at Pöttinger AG Switzerland
Numerous attractions enthralled the visitors
Pöttinger AG has yet again completed the 07/08 financial year with a record result: 40 percent increase in turnover since its inception. The success of the company is largely due to its commitment to business partnerships.
That's why again this year thousands of visitors responded to Pöttinger AG's invitation to the annual autumn open days. Birmenstorf, the location of the Pöttinger subsidiary in Switzerland, was again the meeting place for grassland and arable specialists between 17 and 19 October.
Everything you need in the machinery display
Particular interest was shown by the many guests in the latest generation of front-mounted mower, the Alpha-motion. The wide range of loader wagons attracted an extraordinary amount of interest too. Pöttinger offers 53 different models of loader wagon with individual equipment options to provide each customer with an optimum solution. The large market share reflects the success of the company's customer proximity: Pöttinger loader wagons are number 1 worldwide. The machinery display at this event included everything you could hope for: from BOSS 28L, TORRO, FARO, EUROPROFI through to the JUMBO 7200 Combiline.

Various machines were demonstrated in the field on Friday and Saturday. The focus was on Pöttinger tillage and grassland machines, which were presented in operation in the field to the delight of the visitors.
