Expert story from Switzerland
The Fischer brothers and Hans Röthlisberger rely on Pöttinger tillage equipment
The brothers Samuel and Ruedi Fischer from Utzenstorf and Bätterkinden, plus Hans Röthlisberger, rely on robust seed drill technology from Pöttinger. They share a fleet of machines, including a new Vitasem A 301 seed drill combination with a LION 301 power harrow and a Servo 25 Onland 3-furrow plough. Together, the two farms have an area of around 83 hectares; 38 hectares is arable and 45 hectares is grassland. The Vitasem delivers excellent quality, features a straightforward design and is easy to operate, report a delighted Samuel and Ruedi Fischer and Hans Röthlisberger. "Easy handling is very important when the machines are going to be used by several different people", says Samuel Fischer.
Optimum seedbed preparation with precise seed depth placement speak for Pöttinger.
"The 3-furrow Servo 25 Onland plough with slatted bodies has an ideal system for setting the drag point. The weight ratio is just right and the quality is good. The plough is subject to very low wear. On our farms 99% of ploughing is on-land and it is a pleasure to put exact furrows into the ground with a Pöttinger Onland plough", report Samuel Fischer and Hans Röthlisberger.
The Fischer brothers and Hans Röthlisberger trust in the professionalism of Guido Barmettler (Althaus AG Ersigen) and appreciate the service provided by Althaus AG Ersigen, Pöttinger's competent sales partner in Switzerland.
