Pöttinger sets new standards in customer care

Customers can experience the fascinating world of agricultural technology hands-on in the new customer centre at Pöttinger, the family-owned company in Grieskirchen, Upper Austria. "With the new customer centre we are able to communicate even better the high quality and benefit of using our products, making them tangible to both our customers and partners", say the managing directors. There are numerous different ways of experiencing the Pöttinger world: an exhibition space of 1,150 sqm provides sufficient space for displaying products.

Several meeting rooms and training suites form the centre for customer and sales partner training sessions. A tour of the plant gives visitors an insight into the very latest manufacturing technologies. The highlight is the "Spotlight" multimedia theatre that uses hi-tech systems to give you the ultimate audiovisual experience in the Pöttinger world.
